Clinical Consultation for Licensed Therapists

Some cases need a different kind of conversation.

Not supervision. Not therapy. A structured, confidential space to think through the work—with an experienced psychologist who's been doing the same kind of thinking for over a decade.

Single sessions. No long-term commitment required.

There's a particular kind of alone you feel when you're carrying a difficult case, and there's no one around to think it through with. The work is yours. The responsibility is yours. And private practice doesn't come with a built-in colleague down the hall.

— A case that's stalled and you can't quite locate why

A countertransference reaction you're not sure what to do with

An ethical question that's genuinely hard, not just technical

— The fatigue that comes from absorbing too much for too long

A client issue where a second set of eyes might change your next steps

Most of us already know what we need. We just need a place to think it through clearly.

WHO YOU’RE WORKING WITH

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with eleven years of post-licensure experience. My clinical work centers on couples navigating high-conflict, high-stakes relational dynamics—betrayal, disconnection, long-standing gridlock. The work requires holding complexity in real time, tracking what's underneath what's being presented, and staying regulated when the room isn't.

I've been providing clinical supervision and consultation—formally and informally—for most of my career. What I've found is that the consultation relationships that work best aren't the ones where I tell you what to do with a case. They're the ones where we slow down enough to notice what's actually happening—in the room with your client, and in you.

My consultees have described me as someone who digs into the deeper themes and helps put the pieces together in a way that supports their practice. That's what I'm trying to do—not add noise, but help you see more clearly.

WHAT WE WORK ON

The full range of what the work brings up.

Consultation isn't only for crisis moments. It's for the ongoing texture of clinical work—the cases that need more thought, the patterns you want to develop, the questions that don't have clean answers.

Challenging Cases

Cases that are stalled, complex, or pulling for something you can't quite name. A fresh perspective can shift what's possible.

Clinical Skills Development

Techniques, approaches, and conceptualizations you want to refine. The difference between instinctual and intentional.

Case Conceptualization

For when you're lost in the weeds and can’t see or remember the way forward. A step back to remap your way forward.

Countertransference

What you’re noticing in yourself in response to a client. Not a problem to fix, but information worth understanding.

Ethical Dilemmas

The hard questions that ethics codes don’t always address in everyday practice. Thought through carefully in a confidential space.

Fresh Perspective

Sometimes, you just need a different angle. A case you’ve been seeing too long, seen by someone with no stake in your current formulation.

HOW IT WORKS

Simple. No Hoops.

01

BOOK A SESSION

Single 60-minute sessions, scheduled when you need them. No package required. No long-term commitment.

02

COME AS YOU ARE

Bring a case, a question, a pattern, or a feeling you can't shake. There's no right way to show up—just come with what's alive for you.

03

LEAVE WITH MORE CLARITY

Not always answers. But a clearer sense of what's happening, what matters, and what to do differently next time.

IS THIS A FIT?

Consultation works best when the fit is real.

THIS IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU…

  • Are a licensed clinician at any career stage

  • Want a confidential space to think through clinical work

  • Are curious, reflective, and willing to look at your own role in the room

  • Value the kind of feedback that goes deeper than technique

  • Are looking for an ongoing or occasional thinking partner

THIS IS NOT A FIT IF YOU…

  • Need formal supervision toward licensure

  • Are looking for therapy or personal processing

  • Want prescriptive answers without room for complexity

  • Are not yet licensed

INVESTMENT

Straightforward pricing. No packages required.

Private practice is isolating in a particular way. You're doing serious clinical work, alone, without the infrastructure that hospitals or group practices provide. Consultation isn't a luxury. It’s part of what keeps the work sustainable.

I've set the rate to reflect the level of experience you're working with, without requiring a long-term commitment. Come for one session. Come monthly. Come whenever the work requires it.

If you find yourself returning regularly, the block option is available—not as a sales mechanism, but because some clinicians prefer the predictability and slight savings that come with it.

NEXT STEPS

Book a session when the work calls for it.

There's no intake process, no orientation call. If you're a licensed clinician and something on this page resonated, you can book directly. If you have questions first, you can reach out and I'll get back to you.
